Our hearts go out to those in the community who have been affected by the coronavirus. We understand this is an incredibly difficult time for everyone. We are deeply committed to doing our part in slowing the spread of the virus and protecting the well-being of our employees, customers and community.
Health and safety is our utmost priority. Keeping your electrical power system up and running during these difficult times is also essential. As a responsible provider of essential diagnostic services and backup support to Critical Infrastructure, we recognize the key role we play in ensuring the resiliency of your infrastructure and minimising disruption to critical operations, especially when these functions and services are needed most.
To provide you with support which seems impossible during this period of MCO, we have taken the initiative to submit our application for exemption to the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI). Without much delay, MITI in recognition of our unique contribution in the service industries, has, through the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs granted us the SPECIAL PERMIT to continue our business operation during MCO. We are therefore pleased and proud to be able to offer this unmatched level of commitment to you when you most need it.
We remain operational and will support essential services during the MCO period. Please check back frequently as we will share COVID-19 updates here.
